Event 1: 8 rounds for time, 16 minute limit - 8 Ring Rows/8 SDHPs/8 Burpees (M-85# / W-60#)
Event 2: AMRAP in 12 - City stairs bottom to top
Event 3: 2 rounds for time, 8 minute limit - 5 Sandbag presses/10 Burpees/15 Front squats (M-85# & 115# / W-60 & 85#)
Event 4: AMRAP in 8 - 4 Ring dips/8 KTEs/12 Double-unders
Event 5: 1 round for time, 24 minute limit - 1 Seated rope pull/2 Chain yoke carries/3 Stone loads/4 Tire flips/5 Dead hang weighted pull-ups/6 TGUs/7 Keg presses (M-300#/250#/175#/650#/30#/53#/110#/ W-200#/175#/110#/450#/unweighted/35#/80#)
Scoring: Points are given according to finishing order in each event. For example, 1st place = 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, 3rd place = 3 points, and so on an so forth. The athlete with the lowest total score at the end of all 5 events will be declared the winner. A DNF (did not finish) will result in an automatic last place score plus a 5 point penalty. Score in the fifth and final event will count twice!
Misc notes: Competitors will be granted a minimum 12 minute rest and recovery period between events. Briefing on form and range of motion standards will take place at 9:45am! One judge will be randomly selected for each individual athlete. Judges will be rotated PER EVENT.
